The Society of Old Believer Culture and Development was registered in Tartu, a city in Estonian Republic on July, 9, 1998.
It is the first and the only profitless organization the aim of which isto help Russian Old Believers of Estonia in solving social and economic problems and preservation of cultural heritage through promoting folloving activities:

• Culture and integration projects on Old Belivers culture and Old Slavic language to children and adult of Old Believers Community in Estonia
• Old Believers culture Research projects
• Social projects
• Promoting information exchange and communication between the Old Believers Community in Estonia and Estonia community through publications, organizing international events and conferences, establishing original Web Site
